My name is Danielle Stacey, and I’m a PCN Pharmacist based at Thornfield Medical Group.
What I Do
I joined the team in October 2020, having previosuly worked as a community pharmacist for 3 years. My training and expertise in medication means I can help patients get the best outcomes from their prescriptions.
How I Support Patients
I work directly with patients as part of your GP practice team. If you take regularly prescribed medication, you might be invited for a review with me. It’s an opportunity to discuss how you are getting on and any changes we can make to improve the benefit you get from your treatment.
